1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FakeAddrGen ("the Service") at fakeaddrgen.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all visitors and users of the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

FakeAddrGen is a free online tool that generates fictional, randomly created identity profiles including names, addresses, phone numbers, and other data fields. The Service is intended exclusively for lawful, non-fraudulent purposes such as software development, database testing, form validation, UI/UX design prototyping, and education.

All generated data is entirely synthetic. Any resemblance to real persons, addresses, financial accounts, or any other real-world entities is purely coincidental.

3. Permitted Uses

You may use the Service for:

• Software development and automated testing
• Database seeding and data migration testing
• UI/UX design mockups and prototypes
• Educational demonstrations of form design or data formats
• Research and academic projects (non-fraudulent)
• Quality assurance and test automation

4. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use the Service or any data generated by it for:

• Identity fraud or impersonation – using generated data to impersonate a real or fictional person for deceptive purposes
• Financial fraud – attempting to use generated credit card numbers, bank account details, or financial data in real transactions. Generated card numbers are structurally valid for testing purposes only and cannot process actual payments
• Account creation fraud – mass creation of fake accounts on third-party platforms, circumventing their terms of service
• Spam and phishing – using generated data to send unsolicited communications or create phishing infrastructure
• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Any illegal activity under applicable national or international law
• Automated scraping at scale that disrupts the Service or imposes unreasonable load on our infrastructure
• Reselling or commercialising bulk generated data without our written consent

Violation of these prohibitions may result in permanent suspension of access and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, text, graphics, logos, and underlying algorithms, is owned by FakeAddrGen and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for lawful purposes as described herein.

Generated data (fictional profiles, addresses, etc.) is provided free of any copyright claim and may be used in your projects without attribution. However, bulk redistribution of the generator itself is not permitted.

6. Third-Party Advertising

The Service displays advertisements served by Google AdSenseand potentially other advertising networks. These advertisements are governed by the advertisers' own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.

Clicking on advertisements is entirely voluntary. We do not endorse any advertised product or service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) the generated data will be suitable for any specific purpose; or (c) defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FAKEADDRGEN AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED USD $10. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FakeAddrGen and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is located, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
